Terms and Conditions

  1. A refundable security deposit is added to the rental fee for all items.
  2. The customer will not receive a refund on the rental fee if the order is not picked up.
  3. Delivery or return charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Cleaning fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. The following may result in additional fees and/or withholding of your security deposit:
    1. Failure to return the costume(s) on time.
    2. Unauthorized alterations or irreparable damage.
    3. Cleaning, dry cleaning or repair is required.
    4. Removal or defacing of Stage Hanna tagging.
    5. Failure to return the hangars and garment bags provided.
  6. Payment must be made in cash or e-transfer upon receipt of final/confirmed invoice to confirm the order.

Store Policies

Prices are set by the Stage Hanna Board of Directors. The price structure is reviewed as needed or as requested by the Costume Vault committee. In the event of a discrepancy, between this website or verbally communicated by a board or committee member, the terms and conditions found on the website will be final.

Rental Period

The prices listed for each item are based on each 7 day rental period.

The Contract
  1. A refundable security deposit applies to each item.
  2. A costume rental request, submitted using the website is not final until confirmed.
  3. The Costume Rental Agreement containing the terms and conditions of The Costume Vault are final and cannot be cancelled. The customer is not entitled to any refund on the rental fee.
  4. The customer will not receive a refund on the rental fee if the order is not picked up.
  5. Delivery or return charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Cleaning fees are the responsibility of the customer.

        • Failure to return the costume(s) on time.
        • Unauthorized alterations or irreparable damage.

        • Failure to return the hangars and garment bags provided.

    Payment must be made by cash, e-transfer or cheque upon receipt of invoice. Once payment is received, a Costume Vault volunteer will begin to process your order.

Deposits

At the time of your rental you are required to pay a refundable deposit to initiate the order process.

Returning Your Rental

If items are not returned on time, late fees will be applied.

A return date and location will be coordinated with The Costume Vault volunteer.

You can also mail your items at your expense. You are asked to use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. Please contact us for mailing address. 

Once we receive your return, we will process your final invoice showing the refund owing to you less any additional fees. A refund will be submitted to the Stage Hanna treasurer for processing. Please allow 15 business days for any refund to be processed.
